VERY Important Information

Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

There are no public restrooms on the tour there are stops where you can use the restroom and grab a drink. Remember, this is a walking tour. You will be walking and standing for most of the 90 minutes.

We will not have a tour if nothing is booked that day. We must have a minimum of 4 guests to take a tour. You must have a reservation made through our website. The phone will not be answered after 8:00 p.m. Please make sure you know the meeting location. Tours begin promptly at 8.

We do not give refunds for any reason.

New Braunfels Ghost Tours is not responsible for damaged property, injury, or loss of items. We are not responsible for falls, trips, animal bites, injuries or anything natural or unnatural to happen. You will be required to sign a waiver before beginning your tour.

In the event of an emergency, tours may be cancelled at the discretion of the owners. We will be happy to reschedule.
